The hotel has its own mooring facilities which can host up to 6 yachts of up to 20 metres. - guests wishing to remain in the room after 12 noon will be charged 30 per cent of the daily room rate for late check out- reception working hours: 8 am to 10 pm
- if you intend to arrive or check-out outside of normal working hours, the receptionist must be intimated in advance
- if there are no previous guests in the room you can check-in as soon as you arrive. If you arrive earlier you can use the hotel premises before the room is ready for you.
- a deposit of 50 per cent is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if written confirmation of the cancellation is received 21 days prior to the date of arrival, and non-refundable for a shorter notice period.
- if you amend your booking 21 days or less before check-in date and your amendment reduces the number of nights booked, the hotel will charge you a 30 per cent amendment fee. This charge is per room booked and for the reduced number of nights only. Any change to this amendment policy will be intimated by e-mail when you make your amendment.
The prices are for a minimum stay of three nights. Shorter stays are due to availability and bear an extra charge of 30 per cent over and above the price.
