About Us
Montenegro Adventures is owned by the Centre for Sustainable Tourism Initiatives (CSTI) http://www.cstimontenegro.org/. The idea of establishing the agency came from the needs identified during several projects and a variety of research that revealed the existing gap - in the booming Montenegrin tourism field, there was a clear need for an agency that will be serving the needs of independent and small group travellers, especially the people who wanted to participate in the creation of their own itineraries - and as a result Montenegro Adventures was born. This set up offered an ideal opportunity for the experienced tourism professionals of CSTI to continue to develop the capacities and projects in various communities, leaving promotion of the created tourism products to the newly established agency.
Although CSTI and Montenegro Adventures work closely together, they are distinct organizations with unique missions - CSTI is an NGO focused on developing tourism products and projects which embody the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism. On the other hand - Montenegro Adventures is a registered tour operator, and offer services such as booking flights, accommodation and tours for visitors to Montenegro.
That is the main reason why we are happy to be the part of whl.travel - because we share the common goals - to implement sustainable and responsible travel practices that can lead to improving the quality of life in communities all around Montenegro, preserving the cultural heritage with the due care for the local environment.
Meet the team
We consider that the strongest qualities of the team of Montenegro Adventures are that we have worked in literally each of the communities in Montenegro and all members of the team are specializing in a different field.
Slavica is the Executive Director of the company and is overall responsible for implementing policies and systems related to finances, human resources development and quality standards; she has extensive experiences in MICE and is one of the founders of newly established Montenegrin Convention Bureau. 
Lana, the Operations Manager, an electrical engineer by education, started her career in Montenegro Adventures as a specialist for database management, but after the project ended decided to use the knowledge she gained in the Canadian mountains to design the first "off the beaten track" tours throughout Montenegro - from kite surfing to hiking and paragliding, snowshoeing to diving, biking, etc. Today she is leading adventure department and is piloting many new projects related to trend sports or outdoor activities.
Our sales department is available from 8 am - 8 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 2 pm on 
Saturdays. Goca is the ticketing specialist - and she can definitely provide the good deals for any incoming and outgoing flights; she also specializes in tailoring business travel to Montenegro. Milena and Maja are directly responsible for administering the hotels database and are working with all the enquiries related to accommodation and tours. They can definitely suggest the restaurants, places to go out, and all kinds of accommodation - from big luxurious hotels to mountaineering lodges - if you are not sure about your selection they can always tell you what you can exactly expect in each of the hotels that are offered.
What We Do
Since Montenegro Adventures was established in 2006, it has successfully developed from a small adventure travel organization working only in the north of Montenegro, to a strong and reliable agency covering all Montenegrin territory. We offer a range of services, from general accommodation reservations, transfers, car rentals, plane tickets, and also offer innovative adventure travel package tours.
What makes Montenegro unique is its incredible diversity for such a small country.
